Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the Nibbles website and services, operated by STEMSA LLC, doing business as Nibbles ("Nibbles", "we", "us"), of Batavia, Ohio.

1. The service

Nibbles provides card inventory tools for sports-card sellers. Access is by request only, and we decide at our discretion whether to approve a request.

2. Text message (SMS) program

• Program name: Nibbles
• Purpose: account notifications only: to tell you your access request was approved and send the app download link and a temporary username; to send a temporary password in a separate text; and to welcome you after your first sign-in. No marketing.
• Who receives messages: only people who requested access and ticked the text-message consent box.
• Frequency: up to 4 messages per request.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will get one confirmation and no further messages.
• Help: reply HELP, or email [email protected].
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Temporary login

If your request is approved, we generate a temporary username and password for you. The password can be used once, expires about 24 hours after it is sent, and must be changed when you first sign in to the app. Keep it confidential and do not share it. Nibbles will never ask you to text, email or tell anyone your password. If you opted in to texts, the temporary login is sent by text message as described above; if you did not, we will send it another way. Text messages are not a fully private channel, so delete the password text after changing your password. Tell us right away at the contact address below if you think your login was seen by someone else.

4. Acceptable use

Provide accurate information when you request access. Do not misuse the service, try to break or bypass its security, access data that is not yours, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.

5. No warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, STEMSA LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
